Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Your account is private and must not be used by or shared with others. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this platform.

Placing an order

You may only place an order if:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are acting on your own behalf (not on behalf of another person)
• You provide accurate, up-to-date information

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a service or product. Orders are only confirmed when:

• The medical consultation is reviewed and approved by a licensed clinician
• The prescription (if applicable) is issued
• The medication may be dispatched either by a licensed UAE-based pharmacy or, where appropriate, by a regulated international pharmacy in accordance with MOHAP personal import laws for individual use. Altibbi and its partner pharmacies reserve the right to reject any order before final approval.

Pharmacy Fulfillment and Dispensing

All medications prescribed through Altibbi are fulfilled by licensed pharmacy partners, primarily located within the UAE and operating under MOHAP and DHA regulations.

In certain cases, where medications are not available locally, your prescription may be fulfilled by an international pharmacy partner. In such instances, you will be required to obtain a MOHAP import permit prior to shipment. This ensures compliance with UAE law for the personal importation of prescription medications.

You can access details of which pharmacy is fulfilling your medication by logging into your account dashboard.

Altibbi Telehealth Services L.L.C acts solely as a licensed medical service provider and is not a pharmacy or medication supplier. We do not import, distribute, or deliver medications ourselves. Our role is limited to providing regulated consultations and, where appropriate, issuing valid prescriptions.

Delivery

Medications are dispatched by the pharmacy partner once a prescription is approved and, where applicable, after MOHAP import permit approval is received.

For prescriptions fulfilled by non-UAE pharmacies, patients must apply for a personal import license via MOHAP:https://mohap.gov.ae/en/services/issue-of-permit-to-import-medicines-for-personal-use

Altibbi is not responsible for this regulatory process and does not act as an importer or distributor. Dispatch is handled directly by the pharmacy partner.

Once shipped, delivery timelines may vary based on location, regulatory checks, or courier availability.

MOHAP Import Requirements (If applicable)

For certain deliveries within the UAE (e.g., medications sourced from abroad), patients may be required to obtain a MOHAP import permit:

Altibbi will only dispatch medications upon receipt of a valid MOHAP permit, if required.

Price and Payment

All prices are shown in AED and may be subject to VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Accepted payment methods include credit or debit cards via secure checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery.

Subscription Plans

Certain medications are offered on a subscription basis. Due to supply volatility, Altibbi reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing with prior notice
• Cancel or pause subscriptions if stock is unavailable
• Notify users of upcoming charges

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@altibbi.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Use of Medication

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are using the medication only for yourself
• You have read the consultation and product information fully
• You have disclosed all relevant health information truthfully
• You understand the risks, side effects, and contraindications
• You will seek local medical care in case of adverse effects

Altibbi and its clinicians shall not be held liable for harm resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the user.

Liability

Altibbi is responsible for:

• Providing access to qualified healthcare professionals
• Facilitating consultations and prescription reviews
• Coordinating delivery through licensed third parties

Altibbi is not liable for:

• Clinical decisions made by licensed practitioners
• Fulfillment errors by third-party pharmacies
• Delays or damages caused by external couriers

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.

Amendments to Terms

Altibbi may update these Terms from time to time in line with changes to UAE laws, service scope, or clinical governance. The Terms effective at the time of your order will apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
