Use of Partner Pharmacies

Altibbi does not dispense medication directly. All approved prescriptions are fulfilled by licensed UAE pharmacies, or in limited cases by non-UAE partners in accordance with MOHAP personal import regulations.

If your medication is dispatched from outside the UAE, you will be required to obtain a MOHAP personal import permit. Altibbi plays no role in importation or delivery and acts only as a regulated medical provider. You may view which pharmacy is fulfilling your prescription by logging into your account.

Marketing Communications

If you’ve opted in, we may contact you about relevant services. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting hello@altibbi.com. Please note: We may still send essential communications related to your account.

Sharing Your Data
